MISSION AGAINST DEFILEMENT

Objectives

1. To fight against sexual abuse of the girl child.

2. To enforce the existing law against defilement.

3. To create awareness on defilement.

4. To encourage the society to expose and fight this vice.

5. To give medical and psycho-therapy to the girl victim.

Strategy

• This program is for girls of ages 0-18.
• Enlightenment campaings in all Local Governments to encourage people to expose and report cases.
• School to School enlightenment programs.
• free distribution of the book "Help, I'm a Girl" in all Girls Secondary Schools.
• Bill Boards in strategic locations.
• Advocacy of Bills and Legislation that will reinforce fight against defilement.
• Enforcement of the existing law against defilement by ensuring that culprit are brought to book.
• Legal aid for victims.
• Medical and psychological therapy for the victims.
• Television program tagged "Girlhood"
